Each day of camp will consist an intense conditioning and soccer training.
This camp is intended to prepare the player for the upcoming season.
The day will be broken into thirds.
1. Speed and Agility Training
2. Ball handling skills. Over 20 moves to take on defenders
3. Small sided games focusing on movement, scoring, and zonal defending.
